SWISS COTTAGE SECONDARY ROCKS!

I was at Swiss Cottage Sec yesterday and I was amazed by how different the school's cultures are nowadays.There's so much hype going around the school and both my friend and I agreed that this is an happening school. Should have used my cameras to take pictures of the school as well as the class. I must do it next time round.;)

We were in there to kick start a service learning project. I must say we do have a good start. Kudos to the Trybe's staff, school counselor and of course the students. One of the many things that excite me personally is that the students may get a chance to go overseas together to conduct a community service. WOW WOW WOW! It's really kind of cool, to go for a trip together. I hope that I will get a chance to travel with them. It will be FUN (all the screaming and rambling from the youth, haha) I'm already saving up for the trip, hopefully the trip will be after Aug 09.

I'm definitely looking forward to the weekly meeting to have the chance to interact with some of the youths and I'm hope that our relationship will go beyond just service learning. I sincerely hope that I will have the opportunity to befriend them and to know them more. (We can always go outings or lunch after the session!haha) Being with them makes me feel young. haha.

It is a wonderful honor and privilege for me to be able to part of this journey together with them, more so as to be able to witness their "transformation process". As what Basis has said "Let's be the best YOU!" "YOU CAN DO IT!"
